Change Numbering Plan on Admin Console

Objective

To change your number plan for users on 8x8 Admin Console.

Applies To

• 8x8 Admin Console
• Numbering Plan

Procedure

1. Log into 8x8 Admin Console.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the users name.
4. Scroll down to External Call Permission tab and select the calling country and calling plan from the drop down menus.
   

Please Note: Selecting the wrong numbering plan could affect the user dialing out. Make sure to check the dialing plan when creating a new user.
