Call Waiting feature in Configuration Manager

Objective

What is Call Waiting feature from Configuration Manager and how to use it.

Procedure

  1. Click on Users and select the user you want to edit the settings for by pressing on the pencil to the right side to Edit
  2. From the left side, select Voice Basic Settings. Here you will have the setting for Call Waiting

  3. You can select to turn off or on the feature.

Additional Information

If Call Waiting feature is turned on, the user will receive calls on line two while he is already on a call. If the feature is turned off, while the user is already on a call, the incoming call for line two will follow the path set for call forwarding when busy.
