How to add a range of contacts in your contact directory from Configuration Manager.
- Configuration Manager
If you do not already have a contact list click here for further instructions.
You will need to be logged into your Configuration Manager before proceeding with the below instructions.
- Go to Users
- Select your contact list from the filters on the left.
- Select All Users
- Select Bulk Edit
- Turn on Display contact in company directory by toggling and change Contact directory scope to PBX.
- Click Save
When importing a bulk contact list this will need permission to different sections of the Configuration Manager.
Some users would like to have the contact list just for one site but not all of the agents in the PBX.
