Can I receive calls if I am Working Offline or on a Break status in 8x8 Contact Center?

Answer

When an agent is Working Offline, the internal call transfer works.

When an agent is on a break, the user cannot receive calls/transfers from other Contact Center Agents as the status is showing Unavailable for calls.
