What do the call quality & connectivity indicators mean in 8x8 Work?
- 8x8 Work for Desktop - 7.5 and above
Beginning with version 7.5 of Work for Desktop, call quality and connectivity can be monitored while on an active call.
Quality can be determined with the following indicators:
- Quality score (inbound and outbound)
- Good: Greater than 98%
- Average: Between 98% and 96%
- Poor: Less than 96%
- Packet loss rate (inbound and outbound)
- Codec used for the call
- Average jitter
