Enable or Disable Call Routing via Away from Desk in Frontdesk

Objective

Enable or disable call routing via Away from Desk feature on 8x8 Frontdesk.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Frontdesk
  • Call Forwarding

Procedure

  1. Go to 8x8 Frontdesk.
  2. Go to Calls/Directory in 8x8 Frontdesk.
  3. Toggle on (blue) the 8x8 Frontdesk Away from Desk option on the lower left side.
  4. Select the forwarding destination for routing the calls.
