Generally, a call must ring on the extension and not be answered for it to be classed as a missed call
Missed call scenarios
These are expected to show in the call history as missed calls.
- Calls that have been Rejected by the user
- Calls following an extensions forwarding rule
- When user does not answer the call within x seconds
- Ring group call, each time the extension does not answer the offered call, even if it is the same call offered
- Call Queue call, each time the extension does not answer the offered call, even if it is the same call offered
Not Missed Call Scenarios
These and are not expected to show in the call history as missed calls.
- Calls following an extensions forwarding rule
- Forward all calls
- When a user is Busy
- When an internet connection is down
