How do I stop my filter in Switchboard Pro defaults back after I receive an incoming call?

Procedure

 

  1. Disable the  'Enable Contact Filtering' in the Switchboard Pro user settings.swProSettings.png
  2. Set up the branch filter as required. 
  3. Observe after a call is received that the filter persists.
