Users getting error message as "Your account is missing an extension"

 

Symptom

Users getting error message as "Your account is missing an extension" when logging into Work for Desktop.

  • Account Manager
  • Work for Desktop
  • Work for Mobile

Resolution

  1. Login to Account Manager.
  2. Navigate Phone system
  3. Select Manage all Extensions
  4. Navigate to affected Extension and then select Exit
  5. Navigate to Extension information
  6. Tick Enable Virtual Office
