When an application is in full-screen mode, call notifications for Work for Desktop do not appear.

Currently, there is no resolution to this problem. The workaround is to exit out of full-screen mode when you hear an inbound call come in OR move the call notification pop-up to another monitor (if applicable) where a full-screen app is not present so that the next call incoming call can be answered.
This is how the application is currently designed, but the 8x8 team acknowledges that this experience can be far improved and it will be addressed in the near future.
