Calls Going to Voicemail despite Forward Settings
Symptom
Why does my call go straight to voicemail when I have forward settings set to go elsewhere for busy, no answer and outage?

Resolution
Please check the user does not have DND enabled on their Work for Desktop
A message box appears at the time of selecting DND in Work for Desktop that states selecting that status will put calls to voicemail.
