Your Work for Desktop and Work for Mobile Contact Directory displays the account admin profile under multiple extensions.

Exclude vacant extensions from the Contact Directory.
- Log in to Account Manager.
- Go to Accounts > Contact Directory > View.
- Scroll to the Contact Directory: Exclude Extension column. Note: If you are on a Mac, this works best in Safari.
- Check the appropriate boxes to exclude the undesired extensions from the Contact Directory.
- Click Save Changes.
When a new or existing extension does not have an assigned Work for Desktop profile, the system defaults to the primary Account Manager administrator profile.
