Blocking Caller ID through Work for Desktop. This is can be done by any user for their own extension.
- Work for Desktop
- Classic Mode
- Account Manager Users
- Click Settings (gear icon).
- Click My Services.
- Under External Caller ID, select Anonymous from the Caller ID drop-down.
- Click Save.
Note: This is currently available in Work for Desktop Classic Mode, which is accessible to legacy users only (Account Manager users).
