How to add a new device to make an outbound call within Work for Desktop.
- Work for Desktop
- Call Using
- Open Work for Desktop.
- Click Call Using.
- Click + Add phone number.
- Add the phone number and description of the new device.
The new device should be an option that can be selected when making outbound calls in Call Using.
- Click Save.
- Back on the Call using menu, click to select the newly added device as your outbound calling option.
Note: This external setting is limited to outbound calling only. Inbound calls will not ring the external device.
