- If an automatic update fails, you will see an error that reads, "Update Failed." Send feedback through the Work for Desktop Application menu to report this failure.
- If a new installation fails, gather the setup log file from %APPDATA%\Local\SquirrelTemp\SquirrelSetup.log and create a case with 8x8 Technical Support for assistance.
