How to Enable or Disable Call Recording for an Active Call

 

Objective

Enabling or disabling call recording while on a call in Work for Desktop and Work for Mobile.

Applies To

  • Work for Desktop
  • Work for Mobile

Procedure

Work for Desktop

  1. Whilst in Work for Desktop, and in an active call, press the Options (the three dots).

  2. Select the Record button to start recording.

  3. Select the Stop Recording option to end call recording.

Work for Mobile

  1. Whilst in Work for Mobile, and in an active call, press the More button (the three dots).

  1. Select the Record button to start recording.

  1. Select the Stop Recording option to end call recording.

Additional Information 

Call recording audio files will be as long as the call lasted. The recorded section will only last until Stop recording is clicked - the remainder for of audio file will be silence. For example, if Stop recording is clicked exactly one minute into a two-minute call, only the first minute will have audio and the second will be of silence.
