When you receive an incoming call in Work for Desktop, you don't see an Accept button. You see only a Dismiss button (X).

Enable Device Supports Answer
To enable Device Supports Answer
- In Work for Desktop, go to Call Using settings.
- Click Deskphone.
- Toggle Device Supports Answer on.
Note: Not all desk phones support call management.
This is due to Device Supports Answer being disabled in Work for Desktop.
