Media Controls Not Working When Listening to Call Recordings for the First Time
Symptom
Media controls are not working when listening to a recording for the first time.
It is available the second time listening onwards. If the user logs out and logs back in, they will have to listen to the complete recording one time before they can skip forward or backward.
Applies To

Resolution
Users can download the recording to a local machine.
- Log in to Work for Desktop.
- Click Call Recordings.
- Click Menu (three dots).
- Click Download.
