Single Sign On (SSO) Login fails in 8x8 Work for Desktop
Symptom
Unable to log into Work for Desktop due to an unable to sign in error when logging in through Single Sign On (SSO).

Resolution
Browser SSO logins are operating as expected.
- Click Use Single Sign On (browser).
- Enter 8x8 username or company email for SSO.
- Enter Password.
- Return to 8x8 Work for Desktop after authentication.
