Unable to View Other Users Present Within 8x8 Work for Desktop
Symptom
You are unable to view colleagues' presence in Work for Desktop.

Procedure
Adjust the Contact Directory Scope in 8x8 Admin Console settings.
- Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.
- Go to the profile of the user you wish to adjust.
- Click Users.
- Click Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the user.
- Scroll to Basic Information.
- Within basic information find the contact directory scope which will be set to PBX.
- Drop down the list and change to Company.
- Click Save, and log out and login back into the 8x8 Admin Console.
