Issues with Answering Inbound Calls on Older iOS App


On older versions of the Virtual Office Mobile application (prior to v 8.1.4), iOS users will find that they are not able to answer incoming calls. The App rings once and then stops.

Uninstall the older version that's in use and install v 8.1.4+ (downloading from the App Store should provide you with the latest version).
