Unable to receive notifications on Work for Mobile on Android
Symptom
- When an incoming call is made or incoming text arrives customer does not get any notifications in the Work for Mobile application

- Work for Mobile on Android
Resolution
Carry out the following:
- Go to the "Settings" of your Alcatel 1
- Click on "Notifications"
- Click on "Advanced settings"
- Click on the application in question
- Activate the option "Set as priority"
- Please turn the phone off and on
