Unable to receive notifications on Work for Mobile on Android

Symptom

  • When an incoming call is made or incoming text arrives customer does not get any notifications in the Work for Mobile application

Applies To

  • Work for Mobile on Android

Resolution

Carry out the following:

  1. Go to the "Settings" of your Alcatel 1
  2. Click on "Notifications"
  3. Click on "Advanced settings"
  4. Click on the application in question
  5. Activate the option "Set as priority"
  6. Please turn the phone off and on
