Why does a user extension not follow the Internet Outage call forwarding rule when a user turns off their mobile phone.
- Work for Mobile
If the user has not logged out of Work for Mobile, the inbound call will still attempt to ring Work for Mobile
If a user is not going to be using Work for Mobile and wants calls to be immediately redirected without ringing first they should consider:
- Logging out of the application
- Setting their status to Do Not Disturb (DND)
- Setting an Always forward rule
