This is only available to users with X Series. Legacy users can block numbers through Work for Desktop or Online.
iOS
- Open Work for Mobile.
- Tap Calls.
- Navigate to a number and swipe left.
- Tap Options > Block.
Android
- Open Work for Mobile.
- Tap Calls.
- Navigate to a number and long tap the number.
- Tap Options > Block.
