Contact Centre Chat is not loading on webpage
Symptom
The chat channel is not loading on the customer's webpage.
Browser Console logs show the error "8x8Chat Can't load - Internal Server error"

Resolution
- Login to Contact Center Configuration Manager for Contact Center
- Scripts
- Chat
- Code
- Generate Code
- Ensure the code used on the customers site match the code generated in Contact Center Configuration Manager for Contact Center
- check the UUIDs match
- check the domain matches (this should be the cluster URL)
