Contact Centre Chat is not loading on webpage

Symptom

The chat channel is not loading on the customer's webpage.

Browser Console logs show the error "8x8Chat Can't load - Internal Server error"

Resolution

  1. Login to Contact Center Configuration Manager for Contact Center
  2. Scripts
  3. Chat
  4. Code
  5. Generate Code
  6. Ensure the code used on the customers site match the code generated in Contact Center Configuration Manager for Contact Center
    1. check the UUIDs match
    2. check the domain matches (this should be the cluster URL)
