FTP Index Folder Files Have Incorrect File Size

Why does the index folder show all the files as 0 bytes in the FTP server even though their file size is higher than that?

This is a known limitation, it has been reported previously by other customers. The new implementation of the FTP server is actually a virtual FTP which in this case generates the index file on demand, it doesn't know the size of the file until it's downloaded. This happens only for index files in the index folder.

Our engineering team implemented a workaround in the daily folder index file. Instead of showing the file size, we show the number of files in the Daily folder index file. This way, users can easily check if there are any new recordings added to the FTP archive.
