Reassign an agent to a different agent group

  1. Log in to the 8x8 Configuration Manager.
  2. From the Configuration Menu, open Users.
    A list of agents and their groups appears.
  3. Look for the agent you wish to change, and click .
  4. In the General tab, go to Agent Group.
  5. Select a different group from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save to assign the agent to the new group.
