Is there a limit on how long a interaction stays in the queue ?

The only limit worth noting is that email or voicemail interactions waiting in a queue beyond 6 months are removed from the relevant email or voicemail queue. If you would like to store or access future voicemails older than 6 months, we recommend that you configure voicemail interactions to be sent as WAV file attachments directly to an email address, for more details on how to do this see here.
