Why does the version show 10.0 in the configuration manager when I'm on 9.14

Answer

There are two portions of the Contact Center, the WebApp and the Core. Up until v 9.13, the WebApp and Core versions were always the same. With the v 9.14 release, the WebApp and Core versions may be different. The configuration manager shows the current WebApp version your contact center is running.
