Symptom

8x8 Contact Center detailed transactions activity report shows numbers displayed in E+11 format.

Resolution

Adjust the cell format. Follow the below steps.

1. Click on the H column in order to select the column.
   
2. Right-click > Select Format Cells.
3. Under Category > select Number.
4. Under Negative Numbers > select 1234.0 format > OK.
   
5. This will adjust the numbers to the correct number format.

Cause

Root cause triggered by a Format Cells glitch in Microsoft Excel.
