How to Remove an Object from an 8x8 Contact Center Script

Objective

Remove an object from an 8x8 Contact Center script.

• Contact Center Configuration Manager

Procedure

1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
2. Navigate to Home > Scripts.
3. Click  next to the script you want to remove an object from.
4. Go to the Script tab.
5. Click on the object you want to remove.
6. Click on remove.
   
7. Click Yes.
   
8. Click  at the top of the page.
