What is the date format used in Contact Center Configuration Manager? (Schedules, CRM, Campaigns, etc.)

All dates in the Contact Center Configuration Manager (CM) application are configured in are in the US MM-DD-YYYY format. This applies to all sections of Configuration Manager for Contact Center. Trying to upload data into the CRM upload section in any other date format (if using the date field) can result in errors, including: 

• Errors that specifically highlight that the data is in the wrong format.
• Non-specific errors when uploading the data in the CRM.
