Why is there negative abandon counts on agent transaction per media channel report?

This is due to the calculation engine outputting whole numbers (positive and negative) when it should output a natural number. The negative numbers can be interpreted as positive numbers.

Additional Information

This discrepancy is targeted to be addressed in the new Analytics reporting.
