Agent Workspace: Configure Email Options


Your contact center supervisor has configured your Agent Profile to conform with your contact center's technical requirements and company policy.

  • Agent Workspace


To configure Agent Workspace email options:

  1. Click Work Offline.
    Agent Workspace makes you unavailable for new interactions.
  2. Go to My Profile.
    Agent Workspace displays the profile configuration page.
