Procedure
- Log into 8x8 Agent Workspace.
- Go to Menu.
- Select Report.
- Click on New Report.
- Go to the Agent section.
- Select Status change details.
- Click Next.
- Set the criteria.
- Run the report.

You will need to have Supervisor permissions in an effort to access Reports.
