Get data in Campaign Transaction Details report that is coming back empty


Get results in a Campaign Transaction Detail report that has on data.

Sometimes there is too much data being accessed for the report and one needs to cut down the amount of data that's considered for the report.


  1. If you saved the report with no data, open it again otherwise start to create a new Campaign Transaction Details report

  2. Click on Selection Window

  3. In the selection window uncheck all queues and all campaigns then check only the queues and campaigns you are interested in

  4. Run the report to see if you get data
