How does the dialer address marketing call compliance in each of the selling regions ?

Answer

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the Dialer is being used in a compliant fashion that meets the regulations in their jurisdiction. In the UK and the US, the dialer offers options to meet the compliance requirements of those countries.

These provide options for:

  • Specification of a maximum 24 hour Abandon Rate for a campaign;
  • Specification of an Audio message to be played in the event a call has to be Abandoned;
  • Filtering of TPS and CTPS listed "do not call" phone numbers in the UK;
  • Filtering of Mobile and TCPA listed numbers in the US.
