Queues are not showing in Contact Center Monitoring - Queue Management tab
Objective
Show queues in the Queue Management tab in Contact Center Agent Workspace.

Procedure
- Log in to your Contact Center Agent Workspace, access Menu at the top and then the Monitoring tab.
- Within Monitoring tab, go to Setup.
- Tick the boxes corresponding to the queues you would like to monitor and see in the Queue Management tab.
