Why can't some status be seen in left panel of Contact Center AGUI

Busy status and break status missing from the left hand panel of AGUI

Answer
In Contact Center there are 2 sections to the Agent GUI that shows agent status'.
The first is the phone tab. This tab will not show status' of agents that are not available - for instance if they are busy on a call (red no entry symbol) or if they're on a break (coffee cup symbol. This is because this tab is used for transferring calls to active agents. 8x8 attempt to make it look less busy and easier to find those available to transfer to by not showing them in this section.
However in the Status section under agents, it will show all of the agent regardless of status that are logged in. See screenshot below of second section.
