Accessing an interaction recording from Customer Experience

Bring up the recording for an interaction you're viewing in Customer Experience

Procedure
- Launch Customer Experience
- Search for an Interaction you're interested
- You can bring up the recording two ways
- Scroll to the right side of the interactions list and click on the arrow next to the eye
- Bring up the journey map and click on the Go to recording button at the lower right of the journey map window
- Scroll to the right side of the interactions list and click on the arrow next to the eye
Additional Information
If you do not have access to the recording the Quality Management / Speech Analytics window will come up without an interaction being displayed.
