Symptom
When checking an email queue's longest waiting time in Analytics for Contact Center dashboards, you see high numbers (such as over 100 hours).

Resolution
Verify your email queues in Contact Center. If the longest wait does not match with the dashboard or you know that the oldest interactions have been cleared, contact 8x8 support.
Interactions will clear automatically after reaching 336 hours.
