How to Share Saved Tabs from Search Interaction Window with Other Agents

Objective

Share my saved tabs from Search Interaction window with other agents.

Procedure

Please follow these instructions in order to share your saved tabs:

1. Create your own tab and apply the desired filters
2. Save your filter query.
3. Chose a name and select from the list with whom you want to share it with and Save.

Now the person which you shared your filter to, can access it by following these instructions:

1. Go to Search Interactions
2. In the search filter box look for Filter shared with me
3. Select the filter from the list
4. Save the tab into your own profile
