Other Quality Management Users Can't See the Template I Created
To allow other Quality Management users to be able to view your created templates, grant permission to access the template through System Settings. Learn more.
If you want other Quality Management users to be able to view your created templates, you must first grant permissions to access the template through System Settings.
To change template permissions
- Go to System Settings (gear icon).
- Click Roles.
- Click on the role name.
- Expand the authorized QA Template.
- Add a check next to the new template.
- Click Save in the upper right hand side of the screen.
