How to Log in and Out of Call Queue on Polycom devices

How to Log in and Out of Call Queue on Polycom devices.

Procedure

The call queue places a call-in line to be answered by the next available user. Call queues can only be logged in/out if the user belongs to one and an admin has enabled this feature.

  1. Press Home.
  2. Select Applications.
  3. Navigate to Call Queues.
  4. Select LOG IN or Log OUT.

Additional Information

It is best practice to log in and out of a call queue and not use Do Not Disturb as this can cause callers to be in the queue longer than needed.

Call queues also have voicemail boxes: 

  • To check the voicemail of the call queues, follow these steps
  • Pick the receiver and dial 500 and then Call Queue extension number, then Call Queue password.
  • You can listen to your voicemail, change your greeting, and more.
