Extension Users Are Missing from Poly Corporate Directory

Symptom

When navigating to Poly Menu > Applications > Corporate Directory, the user may not see some or all other internal extension users. Users still appear in the contact directory of Work for Desktop and Work for Mobile.

Resolution

8x8 Admin Console Users

Navigate to and edit the user profile for the user missing from the contact directory. Enable Auto Attendant Contact Directory Scope in 8x8 Admin Console.

Account Manager Users

Navigate to and edit the Extension Settings for the user missing from the contact directory. Under Extension Settings, Hide in Auto Attendant Directory should be unchecked in Account Manager.
