How to Forward or Transfer a Call to Voicemail on a Poly Phone
Objective
Transfer or forward an existing call to voicemail on a Poly device.

Procedure
- While on a call, press the More softkey.
- Select xferVM.
- Enter the Extension number.
- Press #.
Wait for a few seconds as the system transfers the call to the user's voicemail.
