How to Remove Phone Warnings in a Polycom IP Phone


Remove any errors on a properly working Polycom device.

  1. Press Home/menu.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Navigate to Status.
  4. Select Diagnostics Warnings
  5. Press Clear Icon.

Additional Information

If issue persists, proceed in resetting the phone to default then provision it back to 8x8 service
