Paging button and setting missing from Polycom device.

Please check if the extensions are added in Account Manager to a paging group:
- If the answer is yes - remove and re-add the extension to the same group and push config file immediately when Account Manager asks. Then power cycle the device.
- If the answer is no - confirm that first the extension has to be added to a group and the device power cycled once the changes have been saved.
