How to Remove Phone Warnings in a Polycom IP Phone
Objective
Remove any errors on a properly working Polycom device.

Procedure
- Press Home/menu.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to Status.
- Select Diagnostics > Warnings.
- Press Clear Icon.
Additional Information
If issue persists, proceed in resetting the phone to default then provision it back to 8x8 service.
