Manager Express Page Doesn't Load and Blue Wheel Keeps Spinning for New Accounts

Symptom

In newly created Manager Express accounts, when clicking the 8x8 Manager Express icon in the Application Panel, the page does not load and the blue wheel keeps spinning.

Resolution

It may take a short period of time for newly created accounts to load. Note the following:

  • PBX's usually take 10-15 minutes to provision.
  • It may take up to 20-30 minutes before all services are live.
  • Wait at least for 1 to 2 hours then try accessing the account.
